In this practical and nourishing experience, you will learn how to channel life force energy to strengthen your inner structure and nurture every facet of your being.
You’ll learn how to precisely balance your energetic system with specific tools and practices for each of the seven main energy centers (chakras) in your body.
You’ll be guided through simple practices to ground, uplift and clear your energy, relax your mind and body, and harmonize with the elements of nature in a shamanic drumming ceremony.
You’ll leave this immersive experience feeling more aligned with your flow, connected to your heart and natural healing abilities, and empowered to support your wellness in holistic and expansive ways.
You’ll receive an initiation to open your energy channels to allow direct access to the flow of Reiki energy, a printed healing guide, energy tools and ongoing access to recorded meditations for daily practice.
Following this retreat, you’re invited to join a 21-day Reiki Journey where you’ll be supported via group text to practice Self-Reiki every day and deepen your connection to its healing frequency.
