Energy Healing Yoga
This integrative experience combines meditation, restorative and yin yoga with energy healing.
For 75 blissful minutes, you’ll be guided to calm your mind and cultivate awareness through a series of gentle stretches that slowly release tension from the muscles, tissues and joints, as well as supportive restorative postures to deeply rest.
While going inward to release, you’ll create more space to receive life force energy through the system of Reiki, which promotes harmony, balance and vitality for all levels of your being.
You’ll leave this session feeling more centered with an encompassing sense of relaxation and peace.
